Two Emergency Feed Program Successes

We are happy to report on two recent Emergency Feed Program successes.

We never wanted to have to feed wild horses, but we are in a terrible ongoing drought situation and part of our mission is to humanely manage these horses, which includes taking care of them when they are suffering. We feel that birth control is also a humane management technique and so we have an active and ongoing PZP program.

We started our emergency feed program two months ago. One of the mares in this video was emaciated before the feed program began, but just two days ago she had a healthy baby.

We cannot continue this humane management without your support, and we are so grateful for your donations. A single bale of hay makes a difference and it’s only $15.00, please purchase a bale of hay for these wild horses today!
