Today, for the third time, the lawsuit by the Center for Biological Diversity (CBD) against the Salt River wild horses has been DISMISSED!! ❤️ We consistently emphasized that it is always a battle advocating for the horses behind the scenes. 🐴 Our ‘friend of the court brief’ effectively demonstrated that CBD’s claims are unfounded, as the allegedly harmed endangered species do not even overlap with the wild horse habitat! 👍The judge acknowledged that the Tonto Plan, inclusive of the horses, yields a net positive benefit, confirming that the Salt River wild horses are not ruining the environment.💕 We remain committed to protecting these historic meaningful horses so that you can see them here for many more centuries!
