📢 HERES THE SCOOP! We did not post a fundraiser for tonight, BECAUSE we were too busy drafting court paperwork, which our attorneys filed today and we -Just now- were granted a Temporary Restraining Order to stop tonight’s auction as well as any further removals of Alpines! Don’t worry they have to take good care of the horses in the mean time.

The TRO will last until we can have a hearing on the ridiculously short and improper notices and too broad of impound notice, which give us no time at all to get these Alpines in good homes. The Forest Service and it’s contractor need to start working with the public instead of against, and they need to start working harder to ensure that NONE of OUR American treasures end up on dinnerplates ABROAD!

Now we need to post a $1000 Bond to the court and we need to pay our fabulous attorneys for working until midnight last night, and representing our case in court on August 2nd. Please help us pay our attorney bills! (We have 2 attorneys on the case) and that’s what this fundraiser is for!! We really need a minimum of $10.000 to proceed and win more reasonable circumstances for our American Icons. Its worth it! Please help!
