Nine years ago, Mori, a three month-old Salt River wild horse, was tragically hit by a vehicle. 💔 We rescued her and saved her life, and she has been thriving with us ever since!

But the accident left her with a skull deformity. Over time, bone grew inside of her sinus cavity, making surgery necessary to save her life, once again. 🩺

It was nerve-wracking and very expensive, so we asked for your help. Because of your donations, Mori got the lifesaving surgery she needed at AZ Equine, the best veterinary hospital around. ❤️

Now she’s home and can begin to heal. It will be a long journey, as she needs eight weeks separated from all of her friends! We built her a safe, covered stall with lots of fans to keep her comfortable. 🌿
