Mori is a rescued Salt River wild horse, daughter of Lancelot. She is still on mandatory stall rest while she recovers from the surgery, which means she’s a little bored too. So we’re keeping her happy with scratches, cookies, and hay pillows!

Her story: Mori was hit by a car on Bush Hwy when she was just 3 months old. We rescued her and she’s been with us ever since. Nine years later, abnormal bone growth had caused a serious blockage in her sinus, threatening her life and requiring major surgery. She almost didn’t make it to this birthday. But she did. And today, we get to celebrate our girl. ❤️🐴🎂
