A little Salt River wild horse history.

September 13

The white horse (correctly called a grey) in this picture is Wisdom, and the liver chestnut on his left, is his lead mare Glory. They lived a long and prosperous life on the river, and they both passed on. That was several years ago already. We have over 400 wild horses in our “deathbook”, which is more than our live book!

But do you see the little one on the left of Wisdom (on the right of the picture)? That is their offspring, we named him Wisdom’s Honor. He is now a grown majestic lead stallion with his own family band, carrying on his famous mom and Dad’s legacy!!

And so history goes on as the river flows!
