ALERT! The 13 Alpine wild horses, now 12, are going to Sale at the same Cleburne auction, Wednesday August 14th!!

ALERT! The 13 Alpine wild horses, now 12, subject to our TRO, (which was not upheld by Judge Tuchi,) are going to Sale at the same Cleburne auction, Wednesday August 14th!!

If we find homes and fundraise for these Alpines, it is more than likely, that the contractor for the Forest Service, JH, will do what she has done in all of the other auctions: she will bid us up secretly, to the exact amount raised, and there will be no money left over for transportation, feed etc.

How can we write this serious accusation?

How do we know this to be fact and not fiction? We have overwhelmimg proof that it has happened in every one of the previous auctions, but the best example is the very last auction. It was an online auction, which she runs on her own website, “Rail Lazy H”. It is her website, so she can see everyone’s maximum bids and favorited horses etc.

(After many complaints, The Forest Service finally told her she could not deny people in her “public” auctions anymore, so horse advocates were able to bid.)

Our rescue contacts ended up paying a lot for all of the pairs in that auction, but they still won all of the horses, 9 pairs. Except for one pair, – because we all thought at $1600, for sure it would be someone who really loved the horse!

Low and behold, guess who ended up with that pair?! There is proof that Jackie “won” them, because she sent emails asking to exchange that pair for Bear’s mare named Fox. That answer was of course no, and Fox is now safe and sound with Bear.

If she actually wanted them, that would be one thing, but guess who Jackie then gave the pair to? You probably guessed it, Stephen the trainer, her new friend. He turned them out on his father in laws acreage he said. The mare was Conchita, from Concho’s band who was shot, and the only pair we had posted about. We cared about her!

We have so much evidence of this contractors self dealing and shill bidding, and it has now been added and amended into our lawsuit against the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest. So it will all come out eventually.

But in the mean time, how are we to save these poor horses? Will the Betties of this world step up and save them?

Or should we be asking, which killbuyer wants to partner up with us, so that she has no clue who she is bidding against?
We just dont know anymore, but spite hate vindictiveness fraud and corruption should have no place in a government agency!!

Horse advocates, please help us plan our next steps and find them homes!! We have 1 week!!

P.S. please don’t state anything too offensive under here, because JH favorite thing to say is that she gets harassed. In reality, she is the one contacting anyone we know, and will start threatening them over texts, out of the blue! Its a baiting game, because then she will send emails to the governor and our AZDA, of what those people said back to her, to defend themselves. Seriously too crazy for words.

P.S. 2 We’ve been way too quiet about all she has done in the past 3 years, but look forward to more shocking details!
