Three Salt River wild stallions gallop through the river with power and purpose. They’re not fighting. They’re not showing off. The lead stallion demonstrates his snaking skills with grace, and determination.

This is what many people don’t realize about wild horses: they have deep family bonds. They protect and love one another, and refuse to leave loved ones behind. Both the stallions and the lead mare play very important parts in leading the band and keeping the family together, and safe.

Wild horses aren’t just beautiful—they’re intelligent, social, loving, and nothing means more to them than their families. Wild horse dynamics are amazing and just like human families, you wont find two that are exactly the same.
