Here are the fundraisers *with totals, and here are the mares and babies awaiting their fate! They need a lifeline! Here’s the info.

We identified all 10 mares in the Rail Lazy H auction, please see their pics in the wild and their pics in this auction. Feel free to use these pics as long as you tag and credit our hard work please, – it’s not easy out there in this 500.000 acre wilderness, where we continue to document the wilds who are left.

All these innocents have very tragic stories of getting shot at, seeing their families die or be removed, then finding other bands to join, only to finally be captured and now they are awaiting their fate in JH pens.

Stallions like the iconic Alpine, are luckily safe, but there is no more room in the sanctuaries for his mares and babies, they are all full. The sanctuaries, big and small, have done their best, some to their own detriment.

SRWHMG has 18 Alpines and we do not have the sponsors to sustain them, so every month we are in the red and we know many other sanctuaries are too, but we keep on keeping on, because the good that comes of it, is bigger than us all.

Jackie Hughes, the very unprofessional Contractor, is all over our page mocking the people who love these horses, and mocking the fundraising efforts to get them safe. We didn’t block her, because we need everyone to see for themselves how insane that is. With the 2 million she’s made removing them, she could have set up a really great adoption program, but instead she’s driven them down to slaughter auctions and is still trying to sabotage good people trying to place them in good homes. Don’t ask us why, we don’t know why she is like that.

Here are the fundraisers several orgs made so far. We promised we would post them all at the same time in the hopes of all of them making it to their goals. We are not responsible for their efforts, but we are trying to be fair. We like fundraisers that show the totals, and will post those only. There is not a fundraiser for a few private homes who are interested, and the travel costs will be just as high, so we are very worried.

To help out we may post our own fundraiser, it would be just for supplemental travel, quarantine and feed costs they choose and arrange. The homes will apply for those funds and we will pay it directly to the vendors of the travel and hay, so that there is no question of where it goes.

We cannot buy any horses ourselves as we are so full and we cannot neglect our expenses for the Salt River programs. So rest assured Jackie, WE are not getting a dime off of our arduous efforts for these poor tortured souls.

These mares and babies are not safe. The auction is right now and ends tomorrow. Please help get as many safe as possible, costs will exceed $5000 for bail, travel, med care and feed, that’s just the sad reality of it. The East Coast Rescues are asking $10.000 each, and P.A.W 4 The Foundation will try to do it for $4000 each, but there are still 3 pairs no one has made a fundraiser for. So please stay tuned.
