We are done filing all of our motions and we are now waiting for the judge to decide! The lawsuit against the Tonto National Forest Service is the best attempt of some organizations who don’t like wild horses, to get rid of them. Therefore they are claiming that the Forest Service needs to do NEPA. However, there is no major federal action by the Forest Service that would require NEPA. So we are very hopeful that the lawsuit will get dismissed.
