We are confirming that the hearing at the Sandra Day O’Connor United States Courthouse has been vacated (canceled),

This could be really good news or really bad — we simply don’t know yet. It has not been rescheduled. It appears the judge believes he has enough information to make a decision without holding the hearing.

Our attorney was already on his way here from Colorado when we got the news. He rushed to get our response filed at noon and headed to the airport — and then had to turn around. We apologize and thank him for being willing to fly here!

As soon as we hear anything more, we will let you know immediately.
