Update from an SRWHMG feed station

May 29th

For people concerned with PZP, we study very closely how this herd is doing overall. We have seen no significant changes in band formations or social structures and behavior.

All 2019 foals are out of mares that were darted while pregnant and both mothers and foals are a shining example of healthy and happy.

For people concerned about feed stations, they are working out perfectly well for the horses, keeping them healthy which means keeping them here. In spite of the most extreme of natural circumstances, the Salt River wild horses are doing great, and this is thanks to financial support of amazing people like you.

Watch a video of the feeding station on our Facebook page!

Please don’t forget about donating for the Salt River wild horses! Thank you!
