A young stallion, just 6 years old named Cadence was found deceased today.

We received a call on our hotline that a horse was found deceased. Our field team was called to action to go locate the horse reported and to confirm identity and collect necessary data. We confirmed it was Cadence, the horse we had been monitoring daily due to an injury. On Saturday, he ended up missing from his band and later found by river not feeling well. Our team was out looking for him to do a well check Sunday and Monday with no luck finding him. Cause of death unknown.

Cadence was born in 2019 to Echo and Charger. He was a beautiful dun stallion. He continued to be a part of his birth band until he came up missing on Saturday. He enjoyed hanging with his brother who was still in the band.
