We like to help small startup rescues, who have their heart in the right place. Charlotte here, is asking for help so she can buy the pony who was the companion to her very sick baby she purchased at Bowie this weekend. That baby is still in the hospital. Babies do far better when they have a companion. So let’s help her! She is only asking for $1750, which is half what the big rescues usually need. We are just doing this to be nice, we are not fundraising for ourselves but ask to give directly to Paw 4 foundation. We think Charlotte has done an amazing job rehabitating the skinny Alpines, and they are doing great on her 300 acre property. (Plus she has a few she is training too) Thanks everyone!

We’ve located the mini who was found alongside the baby. He’s currently owned by M/O, who also owns Bowie Livestock.
We do have the opportunity to purchase him and bring him into our care. If we want to move forward, we need to raise the funds to make that possible.
Typically, our intake cost is $3,500, but we’ve often made decisions with our hearts rather than sticking to that amount. For this mini, we would need to raise $1,750** to bring him in and cover his immediate care. He will likely need to go to the hospital, so ongoing support will also be essential.
