Great coverage of this story FOX 10 Phoenix so proud of srwhmg for saving our wild ones!

So thankful for this inspiring news story, which shares the truth and the wonderful results of humane Wild Horse Management. This should serve as a template for other herds, like the completely cruel and unnecessary round-up travesties in Utah, Nevada and California! When you know better, you can do better. FOX 10 Phoenix, thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing this story!!

Wonderful news piece! Thank you FOX 10 Phoenix and thank you SRWHMG for the wonderful programs that allow us to keep these horses free.

Hopefully the exposure leads to better education and more funding to keep these beautiful animals in their natural habitat!

What a great story! Keep up the good work SRWHMG!

Thanks for all your hard work.

Great segment. I support you financially as much as I can!

There is so much I am grateful for their dedication of presurvation of Wild Horses in Arizona! This humane way of keeping the BLM from the Horrible Round Ups, which is Geniside I my opinion, it will make a huge difference in how Will Horese are treated! They deserve to Live Wild to Live Free! Thank you to all who made this possible! Blessings!💕🐎

Awesome! The public needs to learn that there are humane ways of controlling herds without the horrors of roundups and what happens to our American mustangs. 😢 Thank you for all the great work that you do!! 🙏❤️

Great coverage, and of course, I'm proud to help support SRWHMG

Nicely done... educating the public is necessary for keeping them safe, and the horses respected... hoping that the knowledge shared, and the compassion we give ours will spread to help other wild horses everywhere! Thank you all! 💓

Beautiful segment. AZ is blessed to have a group like this. Thank you for your hard work in protecting the Wold Horses. ❤❤❤

What a great piece and thank you to AZDA, USFS and SRWHMG for all you do to keep these beauties wild and free.

I take HUMANE management any day vs. the cruel and taxpayer-subsidized round ups!! Please let them be, give them their space and respect them and nature. 💙❤️

Was very surprised to see the horses near the 101 and Indian bend.

Awesome news story very informative and well done💕 Thanks for all you do for these horses SRWHMG💕. I was so glad you had the video on Facebook so I could watch it I live in Missouri and support when I can😊

What a great news piece featuring these iconic treasures. They and their home are so beautiful. Thank you SRWHMG for all the amazing hard work you do to keep them wild a free. I feel like I’ve hit the lottery to live near this wonderful majestic scene.

Great news clip

That was so well done! Congratulations & Much Gratitude!

Great report! Thank you FOX 10 Phoenix for taking the time to showcase the wonderful work SRWHMG does with humanely managing these magnificent animals.

Amazing Segment!! Thank You FOX 10 Phoenix !!! And thank you Salt River Wild Horse Management Group for all the hard work & dedication !!!

That was beautiful. Great job guys. Beautiful horses

Beautiful story, but can you please explain why not allowing a mare to have a foal for a year is going to maintain the population for future generations? Why? I don't understand the logic.. let the horses breed and do their thing its what will preserve then for future generations.. help me to understand please...

What a great segment. Thank you to Fox 10 for this story

Fantastic success story!! PZP is so much better than horribly cruel round ups happening in other states. This incredible partnership between the state, the forest service, and the fantastic SRWHMG volunteers should serve as a blueprint for what is possible in humane wildlife management. ❤

Wow, Fox 10 Phoenix great job showcasing this. I also want to say thank you to SRWHMG for their amazing hard work and dedication in keeping this american treasure alive in AZ. I believe you all put together the majority of that footage for Fox news to share. It was breath taking.

Coming up! A news piece that highlights our life's work: the humane management of the Salt River wild horses. Please watch, 9 pm Wednesday, March 3rd. (Tomorrow evening)
This is the link to watch Fox10 live:
www.fox10phoenix.com/live

To balance keeping them wild, keeping them healthy and humanely reducing the population, is not easy. To raise enough funds, balance our budget and work hand in hand with both state and federal governments, there are restrictions and limits.
To balance keeping horses as well as people safe amongst millions of visitors, just 20 minutes away from the big metropolis... To monitor every horse and address injuries in a rugid habitat of 20,000 acres, plus providing 24/7 sanctuary and care to the ones we have to rescued.

The many aspects of managing wild horses humanely, are involved and complicated..and we don't get paid for it. It has taken years of our lives and actual blood sweat and tears on a daily basis, HOWEVER, the horses are still here for people to enjoy, and that makes it all worthwhile.

9 pm tomorrow night!
SRWHMG.

Living in Tucson I hope this will be on Facebook so I can see.

Mandee Schroeder

I turn to you for advice. I work at Ft McDowell and drive throu backroads. I see a horse every so often hanging with a few others. Except he has a rope around his neck. Been quite a few months that I have been seeing him. I often wonder if this isn't a missing horse from the fires last summer or... I wonder what your thoughts might be.

Due to being in Canada and possibly not able to see this news piece will you be recording it and posting on your page? I may be able to find the article a day later if I go thru Fox web sites in your area.

Is this not inviting trouble? Too many looky Lou’s, to potentially destroy the environment? I know I want to go see them.

You can watch it love this evening at 9pm AZ time at the following link: www.fox10phoenix.com/live

Protect and preserve these precious horses! 🙏💕

What about the herd in Heber that people think it's okay to shoot at? Maybe highlight them

What is the station’s website?

Can we watch on Fox12?

Recording set!!!

Ooooo... Can't wait !!!!

❤❤
