It’s always everything everywhere all at once for us.

It’s always everything everywhere all at once for us.

It’s always everything everywhere all at once for us, and today we are still filing reply and preparing for tomorrow’s important hearing for the Alpines!

(You’ll be able to listen to the hearing live! )

However, we just want to congratulate Stephen and Amanda + everyone else involved like Nicole and Charlotte and Clare and many people online, in front of and behind the scenes, friend or foe, for getting 9 or possibly all 10 Alpine wild horses out of the starvation concentration camp that was Jessica Morelands “Rescue”. (ROAR). !!

Here are their ID’s! Please do credit us for years of documentation without which no one would know about Alpines. Thank you!

We for sure were a little slow to catch on, because it was extremely hard to believe that someone who seemed so 100% for the horses, could just look out her window every day and watch them starve! All while raising funds to “save” more! How in the world?? But that is exactly what was happening and the pictures of starved wild horses are shocking and our blood is boiling for little Gillette (Jillette) from Merlin’s band, truly a tortured baby taken from his home and then his mom and then this.

Truthfully, at the time that we paid Stephen and Amanda to transport these 4 Alpines from the boarding facility in AZ, (who purchased them), to Jessica’s veterinarian, no one could have reasonable suspected that Jessica, (ROAR) was this crazy cruel. Just like Stephen and Amanda, we’ve been getting bashed from both sides, but no one could have prevented this insanity.
(Quite frankly, it was the people accusing Jessica at the time, who seemed a little crazy, because some were at the same time accusing the Wild Horse Refuge of feeding Alpines to the lions, and we knew that was completely made up. Plus, the horses were dropped off at Jessica’s vet, who also confirmed that Jessica was a responsible client at the time.)

Fast forward to our own investigation in February, we became very active behind the scenes, which sometimes requires total confidentiality in front of the scenes. We were so close so many times of getting Eleonore out of there. So it would have hindered everything, had we talked about it, plus we were busy trying to save load after load after load of more and more Alpines. So even while we couldnt have prevented it, forgive us for the oversight.

When you boil all of this down, it is ofcourse the fault of the ASNF as well as the CBD, who caused the dumping of Alpines and the huge burden of care, on the rescue market. (All while they were costing no one a dime while living so peacefully in the Forest.)

We are not “mass bailers”, but rather out of love for these horses, helped as many people and sanctuaries as possible to enable these horses a good home. In such a short amount of time with this many horses it’s the only way. We are so thankful to each and every large and small sanctuary and individual who has stepped up to provide safe landings, 392 of them! All who have stepped up to take some, except for Jessica, are amazing homes, and good people still exist! But we still need more good homes!

From the very beginning, we could have only hoped that so many people would care about this historic Alpine herd. They are so cruelly and unjustly treated by the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest. (ASNF) Thank you for caring!

Our arduous task of photographing and documenting them all, weekend after weekend for 3 years in an extremely remote and huge forest, + establishing the small but amazing local Alpine Wild Horse Advocates, has paid off, in the sense that we’ve been able to recognize and provide pictures in the wild, of practically every one of these horses at the auctions.

No one would know Alpine wild horses even existed, and the ASNF would have gotten away scottfree, if it wasn’t for our amazing group and our hardworking volunteers, that’s why we appreciate and need your support so much, so we can keep doing it. We were just in Alpine this last weekend!

Unfortunately, our hard work hasn’t paid off yet in the sense of accomplishing some kindof justice for them, but it will. We will not stop fighting for them and we hope you won’t either.
One day, much like the systematic destruction of Native American tribes and the extermination of the American bison, all of this, will go down in history as a huge black eye on the reputation of our own federal government.

So again, our sincerest thank you goes out to absolutely everyone who worked so hard, to get these starving Alpines out of the hands of ROAR. We solute your resolve. Our sincerest thank you to Stephen and Amanda who now have a huge task at hand. We have already contributed $3000 to their haysupplier to feed the Alpines and will support them all the way. The next steps will be finding these horses their happy endings! Our blood is just boiling for poor little Gilette!

(We are posting a screenshot also of how Jackie Hughes, the contractor for the ASNF turns absolutely everything around and tried to slander us and claim Jessica is taking such good care of Eleonore.)

Here are their ID’s – wish us luck tomorrow morning! Thank you!! SRWHMG.
