“We’re Salt River wild horses. Of course there’s a lawsuit about us.”
The first lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice, and yet the Center for Biological Diversity (Which is NOT a major governmental action) filed basically the same lawsuit, but this time it is over the fee agreement for the Salt River horse liaison. Our attorney filed a voluntary reassignment to get the case back to the first judge, and it was approved so that is a hopeful sign. The Forest Service also filed a very solid motion to dismiss. The Tonto National Forest is doing the right thing!
