March 16th
If it seems like a Deja Vu to anyone, it does to us too.
To help make a difference for these Alpine wild horses, please share, share everywhere in all of your fb groups, please email it to your friends and family, these wild horses are not protected by the wild horse and burro Act and therefore they are called “stray livestock”.
Bottom line, we just want all Arizona wild horses to be treated humanely, that’s literally all we are asking for. Thank you, everyone!

Forest Service to remove ‘feral’ horses from Alpine to protect endangered species
It’s so sad that historic wild horses can be called “stray livestock” and “feral” just because they did not get a territory assigned to them in 1971. We have already found more than one local forest service retired persons who used to work for the Alpine ranger district who knew they were definately there in 1971. We will be interviewing these locals to find out more. In the mean time please please share their plight, because their future is bleak.
- This is the Forest Service number you can call, please stay polite. 🙏 (928)235-5764
- This is the number to Center for Biological Diversity office line: (520) 623- 5252
Again please stay polite and kind, we have always found that it takes positive people to make a positive difference.
Ask them to come up with a compromise that is humane and responsible for all species regardless of their status. Thank you for any minute of your time that you can help us make a difference. SRWHMG.
